About The Founder
Hi, I'm Andrea, founder of Prisciliana.
I studied International Business because deep down I always knew I wanted to build something of my own. I've always been passionate about traveling, exploring new places, and connecting with people from different cultures and perspectives. Living in Mexico, the USA, and Ireland has shaped the way I see the world and inspired me to create a brand that carries meaning, purpose, and identity.
I come from a family full of traditions, strong values, hard work, and entrepreneurial vision. Those roots became the soul of Prisciliana.
Every product is handmade using high-quality leather from León, Guanajuato; one of the world's most recognized regions for leather craftsmanship, footwear, and premium manufacturing. Quality, heritage, and functionality are at the center of everything we create.
I created Prisciliana after seeing the opportunity to design a bag that could combine travel, work, and fitness into one elegant and versatile piece, without sacrificing style or quality. I wanted every design to feel useful, timeless, sophisticated, and deeply connected to my culture and roots.
This project was built with a lot of dedication, vision, and love. Throughout the process, my boyfriend supported me every step of the way whenever I needed help. He is Irish and I am Mexican, and together we share similar values, creativity, and a passion for innovation. In many ways, Prisciliana carries a blend of both worlds.

The Prisciliana emblem is inspired by the Mexican gray fox: a symbol of intelligence, intuition, adaptability, resilience, and quiet strength.
Native to Mexico, the gray fox represents the ability to evolve while staying deeply connected to one's roots. For Prisciliana, it reflects migration, adaptation, international vision, and the balance between heritage and modernity.
The fox embodies a presence that does not need to be loud to be powerful. It moves with intention, observes before acting, and adapts naturally to every environment. These are the same values that shape our brand and every piece we create.
Andrea chose the fox because it reflects a different kind of luxury; one rooted not in excess, but in awareness, craftsmanship, elegance, and purpose.
